What do I need to bring?
All necessary travel documents, vouchers, passports, visas, medical and evacuation insurance details.
Personal photographic equipment, binoculars, torch, personal medication. Anti-malarial prophylactics, insect repellant lotion and any other items of personal nature.
What clothes must I bring?
Winter: from March/April to August, is cool to very cold and comfortable, cool clothing during the day with possible light fleece but warm clothes early morning and night. Summer: from September to March is warm to very hot and comfortable, cool, lightweight clothing with light fleece for cooler moments is recommended.
Is Robins Camp secure?
Yes, the camp itself is fenced for the safety of our guests from roaming wildlife but the rest of the park is not. There is also management on site 24/7 and are available to you at all hours.
Do you supply food and drinks?
Yes, there is a restaurant and a bar. You will be able to order meals, snacks and drinks from the daily menu.
Is there a grocery shop or pharmacy?
No, but convenience packs will be available for emergencies or lost luggage. A medical kit will be available and administered by our staff.
Is there a telephone?
There is a satellite telephone for emergencies. A cell phone network will soon be available.
Is there Wifi available?
You may purchase a voucher to access the Wifi which will be available in designated spots only. It is not available in your room.
Are the rooms air-conditioned or heated?
No, all rooms have fans for the hot months and are equipped with extra blankets in the winter months.
